We offer a hassle-free return process for all purchases within 2 days of delivery. Please review the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.

The item should be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.

Customized or personalized jewelry (including engraved pieces) is non-returnable. 

If a mistake is made from our side (e.g., incorrect ring size or wrong metal delivered), we will gladly accept the return or exchange and cover the return shipping.

However, if you ordered the wrong ring size or metal, and wish to return or exchange after delivery, the item will be considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 6-8 Days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to arrange a replacement or refund.
